A collaboration between Wild Ones Chesapeake Bay, Deale Library, and Southern Maryland Native Plant People. Native plants will be shared with participants.
Native plants and seeds only, please. Please bring bare root plants or rinse and pot up plants in new potting soil. Also, please label plants with the biological and common names. If you’re new, please come and take some plants, you don’t need plants to share. There are usually plenty for everyone.
An outreach table with information regarding the benefits of native plants, Wild Ones membership information and plant lists for native plant conditions and garden design. Wild Ones Chesapeake Bay members will be available to answer questions and provide other guidance for including native plants in residential gardens.
